美華教育基金會: 暑期實習計劃

美華教育基金會提供的暑期實習計劃已開始接受報名。過去二十年裡已有超過300名的高中生參加過這個計劃。實習生將被安排到聯邦、州以及縣、市級民選官員辦公室實習，該計劃有助於幫助學生了解美國民主政治以及政府運作，對提升學生的自我品格修煉亦有極大幫助。獲選實習生須在被分配的辦公室工作一百小時，加上二十小時的社區服務。

申请的截止日期为 Monday, February 27, 2012 中午12点

所有的住在Contra Costa, Alameda 和  San Francisco的高中生 (currently a sophomore, junior, or senior) 和 college学生都可以申请参加。 在实习申请通过后需要社会保险号，实习结束时会给一定的津贴。

申请流程：

• Download a fillable application form from our website www.CAPAcommunity.org, complete and submit the form via email to internship@capacommunity.org.
• Attach a personal photo.
• Attach extracurricular activities sheet.
• Attach an essay.
• Provide 2 recommendation letters.
